The blend is composed of different grape varieties. The proportion of each one necessarily changes every year to maintain Réserve Rosé’s style. Among them, we regularly select Ugni blanc, colombard, gamay, cinsault and cabernet.
Winemaking
Réserve rosé was produced according to the traditional method.
It was aged in the coolness of our premises for a minimum of 9 months.
Food and wine pairing
Drink as an aperitif, during a cocktail, with an exotic dish, red meat like duck breast with red fruit, white meat or dessert.
