You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Lake Side Emotions that you are at least 21 years old. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any issue concerning with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Varietal Wines & Spirits is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions.

Please note that your shipping costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed. Also, please note the customer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine. Lake Side Emotions shall assume no responsibility for wine damaged in transit. In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please email our Customer Service department.  Lake Side Emotions can submit a claim with the courier and work with you to find the best solution.

Many states restrict the shipment of wine. We cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Utah. Shipping in the heat affecting you? We are concerned also. As a result, we are willing to hold orders at no charge through the summer until it is more suitable to ship. Otherwise, we strongly suggest that you choice overnight for your orders.


All orders require an adult signature (21 years of age or older) upon delivery. All alcoholic beverages are sold in New York and title passes to you in New York. You as a buyer are solely responsible for shipment of your wine. By placing your order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Lake Side Emotions reserves the right to delay or hold shipments to protect your wine from extreme weather related damages. We are not responsible for damaged wine due to shipping in extreme weather conditions against our recommendations. Orders may not be cancelled after they ship.
